Design / Product Thinking | Uses a structured process of ideation, prototyping, and testing to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and drive business value. |
Design Ops & Process | Manages and optimises design processes, workflows and systems, enabling the Design team and other functions to work efficiently together to deliver user-centric experiences. |
Insights & Data | Gathers, analyses and interprets data to gain insights about user needs, preferences and behaviours. Measures and manages organisation data, identifying methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyses. |
Resource Management | Acquires, allocates and manages resources in the most efficient and effective manner. |
Storytelling | Communicates information, tailored to a specific audience, with a compelling narrative. |
Tooling | Utilises specific software applications and platforms commonly used in the design process (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Miro) to create mocks and high-fidelity designs. |
User Experience Design | Conceptualises, projects and makes enhancement of the user's interaction and engagement with an IT product and/or service based on a robust analysis and understanding of the product and/or service's performance vis-a-vis the user's desired experience and outcomes. |
User Experience Vision & Strategy | Develops a comprehensive plan and vision for delivering an optimal user experience that aligns with business goals and user needs. |
User Interface Design | Builds interfaces in software or computerised devices, focusing on looks or style. |
User Research | Creates an understanding of user behaviours, needs, and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies. |
